About Me
I’m an ordained interspiritual minister, spiritual companion, and nature-based ceremonialist called to hold sacred space at the thresholds of life. Rooted in the wisdom of the Earth and guided by a deep trust in the Divine Mystery, I walk alongside others as they navigate transformation, healing, and connection — to self, spirit, and the natural world.
My path has been shaped by over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist (LCSW), spiritual director, and forest therapy guide. I’ve had the honor of witnessing the sacred in countless forms: the quiet bravery of grief, the fierce beauty of love, and the holy stillness of the forest floor. My work weaves together soul-centered care, nature reverence, ritual, and deep listening across traditions.
Ordained through an interspiritual seminary, I honor and embrace the sacred truths at the heart of many faiths, while remaining rooted in the rhythms of the Earth, Celtic spirituality, and a personal relationship with the Divine that is ever-evolving. I believe each person’s spiritual journey is unique, worthy, and holy — and I’m here to support you in finding your way with authenticity and grace.
I offer ceremonies, retreats, rituals, and spiritual direction for individuals, couples, families, and communities — always crafted with love, presence, and deep respect for your story.

Join Sacred Nature Circle virtual in-person gatherings rooted in the rhythms of the Earth and the Moon. These include Wheel of the Year celebrations, new/full moon circles, and community rituals for grounding, renewal, and spiritual connection.
